Refund policy

Digital Products Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales on digital products are final. Once a file has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll make it right.

Physical Products We want you to love what you ordered. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

We do not accept returns on items that arrive in good condition, as our products are made to order.
